Social Studies 9C -  Looked at two media examples, and analyzed the message using the criteria for analyzing media.  Students should have completed the "Jobs" worksheet for next class.
  
Social Studies 9E -  Finished reviewing the worksheet on Jobs.  Discussed consumer spending and economic growth (p.251) Students read pages252 and 253 and completed the first side of the "environment" worksheet.  Watched the video "The story of stuff".  For next class, students are to complete the back of the environment sheet as well as the back of the "Story of Stuff" worksheet.
